We are in the process of building a database of New Hampshire foreclosed and Bank Owned Real Estate. This is not an easy task since there is no single source currently for these types of listings. The goal will be to offer an easy way for banks to send us their currently available REO properties that are for sale. There are web sites that show the properties that come from the public records fillings for foreclosures, but these records are usually out of date, many of the listings are already sold. Most of these sites will charge the user a fee to see them, they make money on those who don't understand the process. That is why we have laid all the cards on the table here. No charge!

As discussed on the New Hampshire foreclosure Law and Process page, many of banks will hire local real estate agents to sell their properties. They will them put them in the MLS, but for some unknown reason they will not put any clue that they are bank owned. so our initial search for these listings in the MLS shows only a few of them. We are currently lobbing the MLS to make it clearer what properties are REO and will be able to show more to you.

In the mean time as experts in the field of selling REO listings ourselves we have many resources to call upon that are not easily available to the general public. We have relationships with local and national lenders so we can get the current listings that fit your needs.
